5. How to Use (Operation Method)

Follow these steps:

Step 1—Insert Tool

• Fix the cutter into the spindle collet properly.
• Keep a minimum of 18–22 mm of shank inside the collet.

Step 2—Set RPM

Recommended spindle speed:

Step 3—Set Feed Rate

• 1500–3000 mm/min (depends on machine power)

Step 4—Depth of Cut

• First pass: 2–3mm
• Multi-pass cutting is best (do not cut full depth at once)

Step 5—Start Cutting

• Turn ON spindle first
• Then start machine movement

⚠ Never start cutting before the spindle reaches full RPM.

3. Flute Grinding
